In this role you ll craft cross platform applications using React Native collaborating closely with product managers designers backend engineers and QA to turn ideas into polished features
You ll help shape technical decisions improve app stability and performance and contribute to a culture of clean code and continuous learning

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Development
Develop and maintain cross platform mobile applications using React Native with reusable scalable components
Implement pixel perfect UI from design specs and ensure consistent behavior across iOS and Android
Integrate RESTful APIs handle async flows and manage application state effectively
Write clean testable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
Diagnose and resolve bugs crashes and performance bottlenecks optimize app startup time and rendering performance
Collaboration Delivery
Work closely with designers product and backend teams to refine requirements and deliver features end to end
Contribute to sprint planning estimation and timely delivery with clear technical updates and documentation
Support release processes versioning and app store deployments while ensuring quality and stability
AI Enabled Enhancements
Collaborate on integrating AI driven capabilities e
g
smart suggestions personalization or automation into mobile workflows
Evaluate feasibility latency and UX impact of AI features to ensure practical user friendly implementations

Technical Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
3 5 years of professional experience in mobile development with strong hands on expertise in React Native
Strong proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and component driven development
Experience integrating APIs handling authentication and managing state in mobile apps
Understanding of mobile debugging profiling and performance optimization techniques
Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA or equivalent relevant background
