Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to help grow our company's online presence and manage multiple product brands across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, increasing organic reach, and developing marketing strategies that generate brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, understands social media trends, and knows how to build communities around products and brands.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple social media accounts for different products and brands.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Create engaging Instagram posts, Reels, Stories, LinkedIn posts, Facebook posts, and YouTube Shorts.
Write compelling captions and content that encourage engagement.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Design or coordinate creative graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
Work with our team to understand products and create educational and promotional content.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Optimize content based on engagement and audience insights.
Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with designers and developers for product launches and campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills

Experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Excellent written English.
Understanding of SEO and social media optimization.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or other content creation tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing startup or SaaS brands.
Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
Experience with influencer collaborations.
Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool.
Basic photography or videography skills.
