Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive with 5–7 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. The candidate will primarily handle administrative functions while supporting all core HR activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and be capable of independently managing day-to-day administration and HR operations.

Department: Human Resources & Administration
Location: Howrah, West Bengal
Industry: Industrial Power & Automation / Electrical & Automation Manufacturing
Experience: 5–7 Years
Age Limit: 35–40 Years

Human Resources

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Coordinate joining and exit formalities, including Full & Final Settlement.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave inputs.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations

Administration

Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, and facility management.
Coordinate maintenance of office infrastructure and utilities.
Manage vendor coordination, service contracts, and office purchases.
Monitor office assets, stationery, and inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Ensure proper maintenance of office records and administrative documentation.

Desired Skills

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing administration.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
