Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for editing videos and bringing ideas to life through motion graphics? Do you enjoy creating engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and brands? If you're skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and have an eye for detail, we'd love to have you on our team.

As a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist, you'll play a key role in crafting compelling visual content for leading food, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. From cinematic edits to dynamic animations, you'll help create content that captures attention and deliver impactful brand stories.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Enhance footage using sound design, transitions, colour correction, and pacing.

Motion Graphics

Design and animate graphics using Adobe After Effects.
Create animated titles, logo animations, typography, promotional videos, and social media assets.
Produce visually engaging motion graphics that align with each brand's identity.

AI-Powered Content Creation

Use Highsfield AI to create and enhance video content, generate creative assets, streamline editing workflows, and experiment with AI-driven visual storytelling.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools that improve production quality and efficiency.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media Managers, and Designers to execute campaign ideas.
Understand project briefs and translate concepts into impactful visual content.
Contribute creative ideas for video storytelling and content formats.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all videos maintain consistent branding, style, and quality across platforms.
Adapt content for multiple aspect ratios and social media formats.

Asset Management

Organise project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
Manage footage, graphics, and audio assets effectively.

Quality Assurance

Deliver polished, error-free videos within project deadlines.
Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.

Stay Updated

Keep up with the latest editing techniques, motion design trends, AI tools, and social media content formats.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with Highsfield AI or a willingness to learn AI-powered video creation tools.
Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, sound design, and motion graphics.
Basic knowledge of colour grading and video optimisation for digital platforms.
A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.

Salary Package
