Role Description The ODOO Developer with Python Full Stack Expertise will work on the full lifecycle of ODOO-based business applications, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Day-to-day responsibilities include customizing and extending ODOO modules, building and integrating Python-based back-end services, and developing responsive front-end features that align with user and business needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining clean, secure, and well-documented code. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement of existing systems and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development, with hands-on experience in Python and ODOO.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Solid understanding of Software Development principles, design patterns, and best practices for scalable applications.
- Experience integrating ODOO with external systems and APIs, and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within ODOO.
- Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ERP platforms, cloud hosting environments, or related Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) is an advantage.
- ODOO.sh and private Server with ODOO deployment and Git full expertise required
- Complex Logic Implementation
- Expertise with Python (100%) Opps(100%) & Jquery, Ajax, HTML(100%), CSS(100%)
- Understanding of Web Technologies, Client Server Technologies
- Expertise with VirtualOS and Docker
- Complete ODOO ORM Expertise
- Timeline and tasks management, Able to meet deadlines.

Salary Range:
18,000 ~ 45,000 INR / Monthly - Based on experienced and Expertise, Experienced from 1 to 3 years can apply.
