About the role
OGS India is seeking a Lead with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly financial planning analysis for multiple P&L departments.

Perform payroll clean-up, variance analysis and roll-forwards for reasonableness and accuracy.

Prepare support schedules for inter/intra company allocations, accruals, deferrals, and corresponding journal entries.

Publish and reconcile the monthly actuals, reforecasts, and budget between TM1 and OneStream.

Review and reconcile offshore and nearshore charges.

Assist in the coordination to ensure proper tracking of payroll movements and intercompany cross charges.

Upkeep and refreshing database for payroll and expenses (P&L).

Ad-hoc reporting includes reviewing and submitting financial reports in either system [Excel, TM1, OneStream]. Reports include but are not limited to: Payroll schedules (onshore, nearshore and offshore), P&L, and Hours.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 6-8 years of experience in business FP&A Operations (mandatory).

Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)

Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools

Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.

Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities

Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment

Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
