Job Title: Full Stack Website Developer (React / Next.js / Python)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Department: IT / Technology

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Website Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, Python-based backend development, database management, and scalable web architecture.

You will work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to develop secure, responsive, and SEO-friendly digital experiences while ensuring excellent performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
Build modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
Develop scalable backend APIs and applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
Design and manage relational databases using MySQL.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO structure, and overall performance.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and other external services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
Ensure website security, data protection, backups, and server stability.
Manage hosting environments, deployment pipelines, domains, and SSL configurations.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
