Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer actively engages in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software components are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Architecture.
Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Pega systems.
Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software components within enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in custom software solutions.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Architecture.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
