Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for preparing course materials, conducting practical sessions, assessing learner performance, and ensuring students are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and online technical training sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
Train students on programming languages, frameworks, databases, and software tools.
Conduct hands-on coding sessions and project-based learning.
Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical tests.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Assist students in building resumes, portfolios, and interview skills.
Keep course content updated with current industry trends.
Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and technical evaluations.
Maintain attendance, training reports, and student progress records.
Coordinate with the HR and Placement team for student development.
Ensure the training lab and software environment are properly maintained.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong programming and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Good classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

Freshers with excellent technical knowledge can apply.
1–5 years of experience in software development or technical training is preferred.
