Purpose of the role
The Role is Lead D&T Analyst Supply chain in Plan Product team. This role, part of Enterprise solution delivery team, focuses on developing technical solutions for various business units. This role will collaborate with different D&T, Business and Hub teams to analyze requirements and deliver performant, resilient technical strategies and architecture that meet current and future needs.
This role will also partner with COE/GPE’s across NAR, PET and International business segments to enhance Planning Product team services, including OMP and other supply chain planning solutions, for leads in India and US.
Key Accountabilities

Lead end to end issue resolution, stakeholder communication and escalation management independently, in any of OMP OPR, FCT, IO modules and its integration with SAP, GCP and other systems.

Provide technical leadership for OMP change requests by ensuring solutions align with business requirements, preserve existing design integrity, address non-functional requirements, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

Lead and oversee OMP PAK deployment activities for the Plan Product Team, including defining testing requirements, monitoring execution progress, and ensuring timely completion.

Lead solution design, testing, and cutover activities for requirements arising from D&T projects and system upgrades.

Collaborate with OMP, SAP, GCP, Terra, and other platform leads to establish and sustain a robust release and knowledge management ecosystem for supply planning teams.

Oversee the Plan Product Team’s adherence to ServiceNow metrics and expectations by proactively identifying deviations, analyzing root causes, and partnering with relevant teams to implement sustainable corrective actions.

Build strong relationships across Supply Chain functions and drive effective cross-functional coordination among the Plan Product Team, Hub, COE, and other D&T teams.

Provide production support based on the monthly extended support rotation

Provide rotational off-hour support.

Drive innovation by identifying and implementing opportunities to maximize system utilization and enhance the operational and strategic sustainability of the OMP ecosystem and related technologies.

Drive the implementation of D&T process improvement initiatives (e.g., Glean, ITSM, CI, ADO) for the Plan Product Team.

Provides leadership, consulting, and mentorship to developers, analysts, and Plan Product team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Full Time graduation from an accredited university.

3+ Years hands on OMP experience with preferred experience across any of these – OPR, IO, FCT & S&OP modules. Integration across SAP, Non-SAP systems.
- Good understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.)

Ability to convert business requirements and challenges in Supply Chain into technical solutions and lead implementation.
- Self-starter with experience leading through ambiguous projects & tasks.

Ability to work with and manage stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.

Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders (understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions), IT teams, and external vendors.

10+ years of related experience in Supply chain Planning system.

Understanding of full Planning processes - from forecast creation to finite scheduling & MRP.
