What does this role hold for you…??
We are looking for a high-impact business leader to head Inside Sales & Revenue Operations across DIY and Broker businesses nationally. This role carries a dual mandate of business leadership and operational depth — driving revenue outcomes, shaping growth strategy, delivering high-quality customer experience, and building scalable foundations across a large, distributed inside-sales ecosystem.
The Charter
DIY Business — Monetisation of individual property owners and seekers through self- serve digital journeys and assisted inside-sales, offering paid advertising, visibility, and concierge solutionsBroker Business — Acquisition, servicing, and renewals of real-estate brokers for Housing’s advertising and subscription offerings through a high-touch inside-sales model
The role spans acquisition, monetisation, relationship management, and renewals — leading large, distributed teams, outsourced partner ecosystems, and complex day-to-day operations across multiple locations
Revenue & Business Ownership
Own business delivery (monthly, quarterly, annually) across the Inside Sales charter — driving revenue growth, productivity, conversion efficiency and customer retention
Manage funnel performance across acquisition, monetization and renewal workflows through structured governance, performance tracking and execution reviews
Operations & Execution Leadership
Lead day-to-day operations for 500+ inside sales team members distributed across partner locations — driving discipline across staffing, productivity, quality and process adherence
Build strong governance rhythms to ensure consistent execution while balancing short- term delivery with long-term capability building
Partner & Vendor Management
Lead governance across outsourced operating partners — owning performance across staffing, productivity, quality, incentives, billing, capacity planning and compliance
Drive strong accountability and execution discipline across partner ecosystems; participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations where required
Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, HR and Strategy teams to drive growth initiatives across pricing, packaging, promotions, incentive constructs and sales campaigns
Collaborates with Product & Tech to optimize CRM workflows, customer journeys and lead management frameworks; drive AI-led automation and analytics to sharpen decision making and operational scalability
Influence long-term operating model design, process standardization and execution excellence across the business
Team Management
Lead and develop on-roll and off-roll teams – building a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance
Drive hiring, capability building, succession planning and governance depth across the organization
