Are you a high-performing IT Sales Hunter with an established corporate network in the Delhi-NCR market? Win Infosoft India Private Limited, in collaboration with our Southern California-based principal company TechHeights LLC, is seeking a results-driven IT Sales Manager to accelerate our domestic corporate and mid-market growth.
This is a pure hunter role designed for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on hitting aggressive targets and maximizing their earning potential. You will be selling an elite, comprehensive digital transformation portfolio—including Custom Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity Solutions, and AI Automation Services—directly to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) across the Delhi-NCR region.
Work Environment: Hybrid Working Model (Combines field-based client engagement, occasional office alignment at our corporate hub, and remote flexibility).
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hardcore IT/Software sales experience in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition & Revenue Generation
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Delhi-NCR SMB and corporate sectors.
- Target Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed structured Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales performance milestones.
- Portfolio Selling: Effectively pitch and position our end-to-end technology solutions: AI Automation, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Managed Security/Compliance, and Custom Software Development.
2. Relationship Management & Partner Ecosystem
- Key Account Management: Build robust, long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and business owners, acting as a trusted technology advisor.
- OEM & Channel Alignment: Cultivate and leverage strategic relationships with OEM partners and local distribution channels to accelerate deal closures.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client pain points deeply, translating complex operational bottlenecks into clear, value-driven software and managed services proposals.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of successful IT sales experience explicitly within the Delhi-NCR corporate ecosystem, with a verifiable history of meeting performance targets.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You must be highly articulate, persuasive, and capable of presenting complex technology proposals confidently to corporate decision-makers.
- Sales Attributes: A self-motivated, resilient professional with sharp negotiation skills, strong pipeline management capabilities, and a passion for closing deals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a strong plus).
