Job Summary:
DKT Infra Pvt Ltd are hiring confident and result-driven Tele Sales Executives for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over calls, generating leads, and assisting in sales conversions and site visit coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to provided leads/data
- Understand customer requirements and build strong relationships
- Explain project details (plots, flats, etc.) clearly to clients
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales
- Update customer data in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Experienced candidates in tele sales/sales preferred
- Good communication skills ( English preferred)
- Confident, polite, and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
