About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Social Media, Brand Growth & Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record of building and scaling education, EdTech, coaching, tutoring, or personal educator brands.
This is not a routine social media management role. We are seeking a strategic professional who understands branding, audience psychology, content marketing, storytelling, digital growth, and lead generation.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish R Chadha IB Maths as one of the world's most trusted and premium IB Mathematics coaching brands while generating qualified student enquiries and admissions from both Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term social media and brand growth strategy.
- Build a premium, trusted, and globally recognized education brand.
- Generate qualified student and parent enquiries from Indian and international markets.
- Develop platform-specific growth strategies for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, carousels, educational posts, and thought-leadership content.
- Build organic visibility, engagement, subscribers, followers, and website traffic.
- Design and execute lead-generation campaigns that convert audiences into enquiries and student admissions.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, webinars, lead magnets, and consultation campaigns.
- Work closely with the founder on content planning, launches, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Build and nurture a strong community of students, parents, educators, and international audiences.
- Track analytics and continuously optimize performance based on measurable business outcomes.
- Identify collaborations, partnerships, influencer opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives.
Mandatory Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Brand Building, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience working with an EdTech company, coaching institute, tutoring platform, education business, or teacher-led personal brand.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified student enquiries, admissions, or revenue through digital marketing.
- Experience generating leads from both Indian and international education markets.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, content marketing, storytelling, SEO, YouTube SEO, and platform algorithms.
- Experience with both organic growth and paid lead-generation campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically and build long-term brand authority rather than simply manage social media accounts.
- Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
