About VAIR Training LLP
VAIR Training LLP is an admissions mentorship and career transformation platform helping students secure admissions into top business schools such as IIMs, XLRI, FMS, NMIMS, and Symbiosis.
Through personalized mentorship, profile building, interview preparation, and entrance exam coaching, VAIR helps students maximize their chances of securing admission to leading management programs and building successful careers.
Compensation
Base Salary: Upto INR 3,00,000 LPA (Based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of base pay. Uncapped.
With the volume of leads in this role, incentives are tied to real earning potential.

About the Role
This is not a cold calling role.
You'll work with company-generated leads, with approximately 100–120 interested prospects entering the pipeline each day through our marketing efforts.
You will be speaking with students and parents who have already shown interest in pursuing admissions into India's top business schools and are actively exploring mentorship support.
The company generates a consistent flow of leads, allowing you to focus on what matters most—understanding aspirations, building trust, handling objections, and helping families make informed decisions about their future.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct admission counselling and enrollment conversations with prospective students and parents.
- Understand student aspirations, academic background, career goals, and admission challenges.
- Present VAIR's mentorship programs in a personalized and compelling manner.
- Build trust with both students and parents throughout the decision-making process.
- Handle objections related to pricing, competition, timing, and program outcomes.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects until enrollment.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and student experience.
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance review sessions.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales, Education/EdTech Sales, or High-Ticket Consultative Sales.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Coaching, Education, Counselling, or Mentorship businesses is preferred.
