Full job description

Job Role : Senior Auth0 Developer
Location : Remote
Engagement : Contract (Part-Time / Time & Material)
Start Date : 13th July (Preferred) or 20th July

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions with the implementation partner and document the current Auth0 architecture.
✔ Assess Development, Test, UAT, and Production Auth0 tenants, including tenant configurations, security settings, branding, and environment readiness.
✔ Review and document authentication architecture covering:
Universal Login
Registration
Password Reset
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Session Management
Attack Protection
✔ Review Authorization framework including:
RBAC
Roles & Permissions
Organizations
Scopes & Claims
API Authorization
✔ Assess Identity Provider (IdP) integrations and federation models.
✔ Review application integrations, authentication flows, callback/logout URLs, CORS configurations, and operational dependencies.
✔ Validate API Security including:
JWT
Token Management
Refresh Tokens
Signing Algorithms
API Access Controls
✔ Review Auth0 customizations including:
Auth0 Actions
Rules (Legacy)
Hooks (Legacy)
Custom Database Connections
Custom Login Pages
Email Templates
Branding
✔ Review user lifecycle management, provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, account linking, and bulk user operations.
✔ Assess security configurations including MFA, attack protection, brute-force protection, refresh token rotation, and key management.
✔ Review monitoring, logging, Log Streams, SIEM integrations, dashboards, audit logs, and alerting.
✔ Review enterprise integrations with downstream applications such as SAP Commerce, Salesforce, middleware, APIs, and email providers.
✔ Review DevOps deployment processes, release management, configuration promotion, rollback procedures, and secrets management.
✔ Participate in Incident Management, support transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
✔ Prepare operational documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, transition reports, and support recommendations.

Required Skills :
7+ years of IT experience
5+ years of hands-on Auth0 experience
Strong expertise in:
Auth0 Administration
IAM & CIAM
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
SAML
JWT
RBAC
Organizations
Universal Login
MFA
SSO
Identity Federation
Auth0 Actions
REST APIs
CORS
API Security
Experience supporting Production environments and AMS engagements.
Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
