Full job description

Job Title: Flutter Developer

Department: Engineering / Mobile Development
Location: Vijayawada
Experience Level: 1-5 years
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences across iOS and Android from a single codebase.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code
Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Collaborate with backend developers to define API contracts
Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times
Debug and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers (for senior roles)
Manage app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Stay current with Flutter/Dart updates, mobile design trends, and industry best practices
Work within Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
[X]+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
Strong understanding of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.)
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data
Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus
Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications) or similar BaaS platforms
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment
Knowledge of local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, Shared Preferences)
Familiarity with app publishing processes (Play Store/App Store guidelines)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

Experience with unit testing and widget testing in Flutter
Knowledge of platform channels for native code integration
Experience with performance profiling tools
Exposure to design systems and component libraries
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
