To be successful as a Java Developer, you should have experience with:
- Strong experience in Java (JDK 17/21) and Spring Boot.
- Designing and building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Working with Oracle or relational databases (schema design, optimization, query tuning).
- Implementing event-driven architecture using Kafka or messaging systems.
- Deploying and managing applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Contributing to architecture discussions, technical design, and governance processes.
- Working within Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and secure development practices.
Some highly valued skills may include:
- Experience with Camunda BPM or workflow orchestration tools.
