Full job description

- Profile: Sales Executive

-Experience: 1-4 years

- Timing: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Night shift)

- Location: Noida, Sector 62

- Accommodations: Both-side cab facility if your area is in a cab zone. Or you will get a traveling allowance

Role Description

The business development executive in a freight brokerage company plays a vital role in supporting the sales and logistics operations. This position bridges the gap between account executives, operations, customers, and carrier partners. The coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting with freight quotes, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of freight movement. The goal is to provide excellent customer service, maintain organized communication, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics of the team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Participate in high-value client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM, reports, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with management to align sales goals with business objectives.
Track market trends and competitor activities and provide strategic inputs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
1 to 4 years of experience in an ed tech, telesales, logistics transportation, or freight brokerage environment preferred.
Familiarity with freight types (LTL, FTL, and intermodal) and logistics terms is a plus.
Strong expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM tools.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
