What is in it for you?
As a Technical Lead – ETL , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines while implementing and configuring Reltio MDM solutions to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems.You must have experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain, with a strong understanding of healthcare master data, data governance, and regulated environments.
Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading across multiple source and target systems.
- Implement and configure Reltio MDM solutions, including entities, relationships, hierarchies, and data models.
- Develop and manage integrations between upstream source systems and Reltio MDM.
- Configure matching, merging, survivorship rules, and golden record management within Reltio.
- Build and optimize data mappings, transformation logic, and workflows for batch and real-time processing.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs for inbound and outbound data exchange with Reltio and other enterprise applications.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL workflows, data pipelines, and MDM configurations.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support data migration and data onboarding initiatives into the MDM platform.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to process improvements, performance optimization, and best practices for data management and integration.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
- Relevant certifications in Reltio, Cloud Platforms, Data Engineering, or MDM technologies
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Minimum over 6 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing
- Hands-on experience in Reltio MDM implementation, development, and configuration
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, querying, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Experience in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS and Similar ETL platforms
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs for system integrations
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, transformation logic, and data integration architectures
- Experience in designing and supporting batch and real-time data processing solutions
- Familiarity with data validation, data quality, and data governance principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Good to Have Skills: -
- Experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to enterprise data migration and legacy-to-MDM transition projects
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation for ETL and data integration workflows
- Basic to intermediate Python or scripting experience for data processing and automation
- Experience in API testing tools such as Postman
- Familiarity with modern data integration and orchestration platforms
- Experience in healthcare customer master, HCP, HCO, and reference data management
- Understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks and metadata management
