Franchise Manager — B2C Division

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to lead franchise operations for our B2C business. You'll be the key link between the company and our franchise partners — driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and helping franchisees grow profitably. This is a senior, on-site role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship management, and operational rigor.
What You'll Do
- Identify and scout new franchise opportunities across different territories/areas — site selection, feasibility, and partner evaluation
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new franchisees: launch readiness, training, and initial ramp-up
- Manage day-to-day relationships with franchise partners across your assigned territory, acting as their primary point of contact
- Monitor franchise performance against sales, quality, and compliance targets; identify gaps and drive corrective action plans
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews; prepare reports for senior leadership
- Resolve escalations and operational issues quickly, balancing franchisee needs with company standards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to roll out new programs, promotions, and systems to the franchise network
- Track and report on franchise P&L health, royalty collections, and compliance metrics

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or multi-unit business operations
- Proven track record managing partner/franchisee relationships and driving performance improvements
- Strong business acumen — comfortable reading P&Ls and translating numbers into action plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits within the assigned region
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with franchise management or CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; MBA is a plus
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
