Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days) 9 AM to 6.30 PM
Salary: 30,000 INR - 55,000 INR per Month
About the Role
We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between our clients and our technical team.
You'll be involved from the first discovery call with prospective clients, helping understand requirements, preparing estimates with our developers and SEO team, onboarding clients, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery.
This role requires someone who enjoys talking to clients, coordinating with technical teams, solving problems, and taking complete ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend discovery calls and understand client requirements.
- Prepare project estimates in coordination with developers and SEO specialists.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate client onboarding, contracts, and invoices.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO, and content teams.
- Assign work based on team bandwidth and priorities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Handle change requests and manage client expectations.
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve project issues.
- Look for opportunities to recommend additional services when they genuinely benefit the client.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure a great delivery experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT company.
- Experience managing multiple web development projects.
- WordPress project experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with international clients.
- Comfortable attending early morning or late-night client calls when required.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus but not mandatory.
