Full job description

Ripik is a fast-growing industrial AI company building Vision AI Agents and AI Twin products for heavy industries — steel, metals, mining, cement, pharma, and power. Our computer vision and AI solutions help some of the largest manufacturing enterprises in India and abroad improve yield, quality, and operational efficiency on the shop floor. As we scale our team and expand into international markets, we are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the best minds in AI, engineering, and enterprise sales.

Role Overview

You will own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions — from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to closing offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding. You will work closely with founders and function heads to build high-quality talent pipelines for a rapidly scaling deep-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles — AI/ML engineers, computer vision engineers, full-stack developers, solution/deployment engineers, enterprise sales, and operations
Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, Cutshort), referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct first-round evaluations for culture fit, motivation, and role alignment
Coordinate and schedule technical and leadership interview rounds; ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience
Track and report hiring metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
Manage employer branding initiatives: LinkedIn presence, hiring campaigns, and campus engagement
Negotiate offers within approved compensation bands and manage pre-joining engagement to minimise dropouts
Maintain the ATS/recruitment tracker and ensure clean, up-to-date hiring data
Support HR operations during onboarding and documentation as needed

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or technology company
Proven track record of closing technical roles (software, AI/ML, or data engineering positions strongly preferred)
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and passive candidate outreach
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you will often be the single point of contact for a role from open to close
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus

Good to Have

Experience hiring for deep-tech, SaaS, or industrial technology companies
Exposure to campus recruitment from IITs/NITs/top engineering colleges
Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Keka, Lever, or similar)
Experience supporting international hiring or building distributed teams
