Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Review project schedules, resource deployment plans, and construction methodologies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
Conduct project review meetings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Review and certify contractor bills, variation orders, claims, and project reports.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide guidance to site engineers, planning engineers, and project coordinators.
Drive project performance through effective cost control, value engineering, and productivity improvements.
Prepare and present executive-level project status reports and dashboards.
Ensure timely approvals, stakeholder communication, and resolution of project challenges.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech/MBA Project Management will be an added advantage).
8–15 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or PMC organizations.
Proven experience in managing large-scale Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Warehouse, Infrastructure, or Commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of Project Planning, Contract Management, Cost Control, Billing, Risk Management, and Quality Management.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, ERP Systems, and Advanced MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and construction best practices.
PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certifications will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
