Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring that projects comply with applicable building codes and client requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

Assist in preparing architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants.
Participate in design review meetings with clients and project teams.
Assist in preparing material specifications and schedules.
Support the preparation of tender and construction documents.

Site Supervision

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress.
Verify work quality and compliance with approved drawings.
Prepare site inspection reports and document project progress.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve on-site issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
0–3 years of professional experience.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Technical Skills

AutoCAD
SketchUp
Revit (preferred)
Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Professional Skills

Good understanding of architectural detailing.
Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
Basic understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
Strong presentation and visualization skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Good problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt.

Working Conditions

Full-time position.
Office-based with regular site visits.
May require travel to project locations.
Standard working hours with flexibility during project deadlines.

Salary

As per candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
