About Blazly

Blazly is an AI-powered marketing platform helping businesses grow through SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Local SEO, Social Media, and AI-driven marketing solutions. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can help us build and scale paid acquisition across our growing suite of products.

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who thinks beyond simply running ads. You'll work closely with our team to understand each Blazly product, identify the right target audience, recommend the best advertising channels, and execute campaigns that generate measurable business results.

Initially, we'll start with a few focused campaigns, validate what works, and gradually scale successful strategies into ongoing marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understand each Blazly product and recommend the most suitable marketing strategy.
Research target audiences and determine the best platforms for customer acquisition.
Develop campaign structures, audience segments, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Work with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, audiences, and messaging.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Scale successful campaigns while continuously improving overall marketing performance.

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing SaaS or AI products.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Microsoft Ads.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
