Campaigns On Mind is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses across the UK, USA, and international markets grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and performance-driven digital strategies. We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive new client acquisition.

Job Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting outbound cold calls, qualifying leads, booking sales meetings, and closing deals. You will communicate directly with business owners and decision-makers in the UK and USA to promote our digital marketing services and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses in the UK and USA.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients.
Present and explain Campaigns On Mind's services professionally and confidently.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate with UK and USA clients.
Strong confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling digital marketing services.
Experience with Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development services.
Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
