Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Executive to develop engaging content and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars for all social media platforms.
Write engaging captions, ad copies, blogs, case studies, and product-related content.
Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, reels, carousels, and promotional content.
Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube content.
Stay updated with industry trends and create relevant, engaging content.
Optimize website and blog content using SEO best practices.
Monitor content performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Support marketing campaigns with compelling content that drives engagement and leads.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong content writing and copywriting abilities.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, WordPress, or other content management tools.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media insights.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or social media management.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or IT industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Experience in video scripting and short-form content creation.
Basic understanding of AI content tools.
Portfolio of blogs, social media posts, or marketing campaigns.
