Job Summary
SNCO Global is looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can create high-quality visual content across social media, marketing campaigns, personal branding, events, and business communication.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in graphic design, video editing, reel creation, and AI-powered content tools to produce engaging and professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Responsible for creating professional graphics, reels, videos, presentations, branding materials, and marketing creatives for SNCO Global. The candidate should understand B2B branding, consulting services, social media engagement, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Create visuals for business consulting, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts that communicate complex business ideas simply and effectively.
Video Editing
- Edit podcasts, interviews, testimonials, case studies, event videos, and social media reels.
- Create short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, graphics, and motion elements.
- Optimize videos for engagement and platform-specific requirements.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Ai video
- Use AI tools to improve video production efficiency and content quality.
- Create AI-generated visuals, graphics, animations, voiceovers, and video enhancements where appropriate.
- Assist in transforming long-form content into multiple content formats using AI tools.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and creative technologies.
Content Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content campaigns and content calendars.
- Support founder branding and thought leadership initiatives.
- Organize creative assets and maintain content libraries.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
· Create social media posts, carousels, banners, brochures and infographics
· Edit reels, shorts, webinars, podcasts and promotional videos
· Develop personal branding creatives for Directors and leadership team
· Design marketing collateral, presentations and business proposals
· Create LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content
· Coordinate with content writers and social media team
· Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
· Manage creative asset library and templates
· Research industry trends and implement creative ideas
· Support business visibility and lead generation initiatives
