About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Healthcare and Analytical Instruments domains to lead Agile software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have started their career in software development before transitioning into Agile leadership roles and will bring expertise in managing cross-functional teams, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring compliance within regulated environments. This role requires strong Scrum Master capabilities along with domain knowledge in Healthcare and Analytical Instruments.

What You'll Do:

Seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong Healthcare, Medical Device, Diagnostics, Life Sciences or Analytical Instrument experience.

The candidate must have started their career in software development and later transitioned into Agile leadership roles.

Mandatory Requirements 10+ years software delivery experience, 5+ years Scrum Master experience.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience before Scrum Master role 3-5+ years domain experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Laboratory Informatics, or Analytical Instruments.

Preferred Product Experience LC/MS, GC/MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, Flow Cytometry, PCR/qPCR, Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, LIMS, CDS.
Expertise You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage delivery, track metrics, remove impediments, coordinate software/firmware/hardware teams, manage validation and release readiness, and provide executive reporting.

Regulatory Awareness FDA 21 CFR Part 11, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, Design Controls, GxP/CSV.

Technical Background (Mandatory) Must have worked as Software Developer/Engineer/Technical Lead.

Exposure to C, .NET, C/C++, Java, Python, cloud platforms, desktop applications, instrument communication, DevOps and CI/CD preferred.

Tools Methodologies Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, Release Management.

Preferred Certifications CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP.
