About the Role
As a Sales Executive – English (Hair Coach Process), you will serve as a trusted guide for individuals seeking to understand and enhance their hair health. Your Responsibilities
- Call and connect with potential customers who have completed the hair diagnosis on the client’s website.
- Understand their concerns about hair loss, explain their reports, and suggest suitable treatment plans.
- Answer queries related to ingredients, usage, timelines, and side effects.
- Follow up regularly to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and optimize funnel efficiency.

Experience, education and skills you need to excel as a sales executive in Hair Coach process in Mumbai
- Experience: 0 months to 2 years in sales in a contact center environment.
- Education: Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate in any stream.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
