Job Description
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Ensure the accurate calculation and processing of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and taxes. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding payroll and benefits. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll and benefits operations and resolve any related issues. Provide expert guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related queries. Monitor compliance with payroll and benefits policies to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
