Job Description

Role: Junior HR / Recruiter

Location: ST&GE Pvt. Ltd. Office, Time Tower, Gurgaon

Reporting To: CHRO

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to be a part of our team. You should be able to assist the Team HR ST&GE in fulfilling all recruiting activities. You should be able to advertise open job roles and post the same on various job boards and social media channels. Besides, you should also be able to assist in screening candidate applications.

Your other job responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, performing candidate background checks and addressing any candidate queries. Moreover, you should also be able to attend and network at various recruiting events or campus job fairs.

As a Junior Recruiter, you should be familiar with various recruiting software and tools. Furthermore, you should display excellent organizational and time management skills. A successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A candidate with proven work experience in the Human Resources department will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in sourcing candidates
Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels
Sorting and screening candidate resumes
Scheduling phone or in-person interviews
Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process
Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates
Performing candidate background checks and handling any paperwork activities
Participating and networking at various recruiting events
Using recruiting software to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities
Assisting in drafting job offer letters and employee contracts
Maintaining and updating candidate database
Ensuring a positive candidate experience

Desired Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
Familiarity with recruiting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent networking and presentation skills
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
A team player as well as able to work independently
Ability to offer enhanced candidate experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
