- Design IM infrastructure, complex business processes and integrations
- Prepare high level and low level design documents
- Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation
- Assume ownership of IGA (Identity Access Governance) system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks
- Collaborate with various teams, including IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues
