Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for timely order execution.
Maintain customer records and update sales information in ERP/SAP.
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations
Perform other administrative and coordination activities as assigned.
Good verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
Any Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BCA, BA, or equivalent).
Fresher to 1 Year of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
