We are looking for an entrepreneurial Founder Principal who can build, lead, and scale a new campus from the ground up while creating an exceptional learning experience for children and parents.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced school leader who can build a school from scratch, drive admissions, lead academic excellence, manage operations, and own the campus P&L. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IGCSE curriculum and progressive education practices.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Leadership
- Lead the complete setup and successful launch of the new Dreamtime Learning Hub.
- Build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learner-centric education.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing academic and operations team.
- Ensure outstanding learner outcomes and parent satisfaction.
Admissions & Business Growth
- Own the complete admissions strategy and achieve enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with parents and local communities.
- Conduct parent orientations, campus tours, and admission counselling.
- Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily school operations and campus administration.
- Ensure world-class infrastructure, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage vendors, facilities, transport, food services, and support functions.
- Maintain smooth academic and operational processes.
Financial & P&L Ownership
- Own the campus Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Prepare and manage annual budgets.
- Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational costs.
- Monitor financial performance and achieve profitability targets.
Academic Excellence
- Ensure exceptional implementation of Dreamtime's learner-centric curriculum.
- Coach teachers to deliver engaging and personalized learning experiences.
- Maintain high academic quality and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- Master's Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- 8–15+ years of leadership experience in schools.
- Experience in setting up or scaling a school/campus is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in admissions, school operations, administration, and team leadership.
- Proven experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
