Experience Required

1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand collaborations, preferably in the FMCG, personal care, beauty, wellness, or hygiene products industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven influencer marketing executive to build and manage influencer partnerships that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales. The ideal candidate will identify suitable influencers, execute influencer campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with the company's values and target audience.
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs, contracts, and content approvals.
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
Research social media trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging influencers.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to develop engaging campaign concepts.
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Track campaign budgets and maintain influencer databases and campaign reports.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns through strategic influencer collaborations.
Analyze campaign insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, digital marketing, journalism, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinking with an eye for content trends and audience engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with FMCG, personal care, beauty, wellness, or hygiene brands.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and influencer marketing platforms.
Understanding of social media algorithms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Basic knowledge of photo/video content trends and campaign reporting.
