About the Role
We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Influencer, Partnerships & Media Manager to lead global influencer engagement, strategic partnerships, media relations, and public relations initiatives for the Ensure Insured Token (EIT).
The ideal candidate will build strategic relationships with crypto influencers, blockchain communities, media outlets, journalists, podcasts, launchpads, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders worldwide to drive awareness, investor engagement, and ecosystem adoption.
This role combines influencer marketing, business development, partnership management, and media outreach into a single position focused on maximizing project visibility, strategic collaborations, and long-term ecosystem growth.

As we prepare for the launch and global expansion of the Ensure Insured Token (EIT), we are seeking an experienced Influencer, Partnerships & Media Manager to accelerate brand awareness, strategic collaborations, investor engagement, and community growth across the global Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Influencer Relations
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard cryptocurrency and blockchain influencers across YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Negotiate influencer marketing campaigns, sponsorship agreements, and collaboration opportunities.
- Manage influencer deliverables, campaign execution, budgets, and performance reporting.
- Identify emerging influencers and new promotional opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.
Strategic Partnerships
- Establish strategic partnerships with blockchain projects, launchpads, exchanges, communities, ecosystem partners, and technology providers.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that increase project visibility, ecosystem adoption, and investor engagement.
- Manage affiliate, referral, ambassador, and partnership programs.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic alliance discussions.
- Build relationships with venture capital firms, ecosystem partners, and industry organizations where appropriate.
Media & Public Relations
- Build relationships with cryptocurrency journalists, media outlets, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube channels, and blockchain publications.
- Coordinate interviews, podcasts, webinars, and media appearances for company leadership.
- Prepare, review, and distribute press releases, media kits, and project announcements.
- Secure media coverage across relevant blockchain, fintech, and cryptocurrency publications.
- Monitor media coverage, competitor activities, and industry sentiment.
Community & Promotional Activities
- Organize AMA sessions, webinars, community events, Twitter Spaces, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign activities with marketing, content, design, and community management teams.
- Support token launch awareness initiatives and ecosystem growth campaigns.
- Track and report partnership, influencer, media, and campaign performance using defined KPIs.
- Recommend new partnership and promotional opportunities based on industry trends and market insights.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, business development, media relations, public relations, or strategic alliances.
- Proven experience building and managing strategic relationships with influencers, media organizations, partners, or communities.
- Existing network within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, fintech, or digital asset ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience managing partnership pipelines, outreach campaigns, and collaboration initiatives.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency media, blockchain communities, influencer ecosystems, and social media platforms.
- Experience using CRM, outreach, campaign management, or project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on ICO, IDO, IEO, token launch, or blockchain startup projects.
- Existing relationships with cryptocurrency influencers, media publications, launchpads, exchanges, investor communities, or ecosystem partners.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 ecosystems.
- Experience with media monitoring, analytics, influencer reporting, and campaign performance measurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
