Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our EdTech center. The ideal candidate will ensure the center is safe, clean, well-maintained, and fully operational, providing an excellent experience for students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations of the center.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance staff.
Maintain classrooms, counselling rooms, reception, and common areas in excellent condition.
Coordinate with vendors for electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, internet, CCTV, and pest control services.
Conduct daily facility inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure uninterrupted availability of electricity, water, internet, air conditioning, and backup power.
Manage center assets, furniture, projectors, printers, and other equipment.
Handle procurement of stationery, pantry supplies, housekeeping materials, and other operational requirements.
Support the execution of student activities, seminars, workshops, parent meetings, and admission events.
Coordinate classroom readiness for lectures, examinations, and events.
Monitor vendor performance, AMCs, invoices, and service schedules.
Maintain records of assets, maintenance logs, and facility expenses.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, health & safety, and organizational standards.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Facility Management, Administration, or Operations.
Experience in educational institutions, coaching centers, or corporate offices is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong vendor and facility management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience in managing coaching institutes, schools, colleges, or EdTech centers.
Knowledge of facility audits, asset management, and preventive maintenance.
Experience handling student-facing infrastructure and operational support.
