Senior Manager – Office Operations & Administration Organization: K2India Location: Delhi NCR Department: Operations & Administration Reporting To: Management / Directors is seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Senior Manager – Office Operations & Administration to oversee the day-to-day functioning of a multi-level design studio and office environment of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. with a team strength of 30–35 employees. The role requires strong operational oversight across administration, facility management, vendor coordination, infrastructure upkeep, compliance tracking, support staff management, procurement, and client-facing office coordination. Key Responsibilities Office Operations & Facility Management Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office across all departments and levels. Oversee housekeeping, pantry, and security staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and upkeep. Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office infrastructure including air-conditioning, electricals, plumbing, lighting, internet, printers, appliances, and utilities. Ensure all office systems, equipment, and operational areas remain functional and well maintained at all times. Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance. Administration & Compliance Maintain and track all operational licenses, insurances, vendor contracts, AMCs, software licenses, and statutory compliances. Liaise with government authorities and service providers for matters related to electricity, water, property tax, maintenance, and operational approvals. Maintain organized records, documentation, and operational trackers. IT & Infrastructure Coordination Coordinate with the IT department and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning of systems, networking, servers, internet, security systems, and office technology. Track servicing schedules, subscriptions, renewals, and infrastructure-related operational requirements.Procurement & Asset Management Manage procurement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, systems, and operational requirements. Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend suitable vendors/products. Maintain records of office assets, servicing schedules, warranties, and inventory. Front Office & Client Coordination Act as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and visitors. Ensure professional client reception, hospitality, meeting coordination, and upkeep of client-facing spaces. Candidate Requirements Experience Minimum 8–12 years of experience in office administration, operations, facility management, or corporate administration. Experience managing medium to large office environments preferred. Desired Skills & Attributes Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities Good vendor management and problem-solving skills Professional communication and client-facing personality Working understanding of office infrastructure and IT systems Comfortable using modern digital tools including Google Sheets, shared calendars, documentation systems, and basic AI platforms such as ChatGPT Ability to maintain operational trackers, schedules, and digital records efficiently Honest, dependable, and capable of responsibly handling petty cash, reimbursements, and company credit cards High sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Compensation Expected compensation range: 10–18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
