Position: Graphic Designer Intern
Industry: Digital Marketing Agency
Duration: 1–6 Month
Stipend: As Per Company Policy
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our Digital Marketing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience in creating visual content for social media, digital advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Creative Development

Create engaging graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Develop visual concepts that align with client branding and marketing objectives.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing assets.

Video & Reel Support

Assist in designing thumbnails, story creatives, and short-form content visuals.
Support the content team with graphics for reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Basic video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Brand & Marketing Support

Work closely with the Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices.

Creative Collaboration

Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
Take feedback from senior designers and implement revisions efficiently.
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing design projects, academic work, or personal creative projects.
