About the Role

We're looking for a Content Strategist who doesn't just create content—they build narratives, spot trends before everyone else, and understand what makes people stop scrolling.

This role isn't about making random reels or writing captions. It's about creating a content engine that grows our brand, builds communities, and drives business outcomes across Instagram and LinkedIn.

If you're someone who constantly studies viral content, understands platform psychology, and can turn ideas into high-performing content strategies, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

Develop and execute monthly content strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn.
Build content pillars aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
Research market trends, competitor content, and emerging social media formats.
Plan content calendars based on launches, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
Create engaging hooks, storytelling frameworks, and content briefs for creators and editors.
Brainstorm viral content ideas that fit our brand instead of blindly following trends.
Work closely with founders to convert their thoughts and experiences into engaging social content.
Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on insights.
Identify opportunities for collaborations, trending topics, and reactive content.
Ensure every piece of content reflects a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 1–5 years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or brand marketing.
Understands the Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and how each platform rewards different content.
Knows how to build communities, not just generate views.
Has exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
Can think creatively while also making data-driven decisions.
Is constantly consuming, analyzing, and learning from great content.
Understands audience psychology, content hooks, retention, and engagement.
Can confidently present ideas and defend creative concepts.
Is proactive and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus Points If You

Have managed founder-led personal brands.
Understand short-form video storytelling and retention techniques.
Have experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Notion AI.
Know basic design principles and can collaborate effectively with designers and video editors.
Have worked with D2C brands, consumer startups, or high-growth companies.
