Full job description

Job Title: CDP – South Indian Cuisine

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (South Indian Cuisine) to manage an assigned kitchen section, prepare authentic South Indian dishes, and ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic South Indian dishes (Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, Biryani, Curries, etc.).
Independently manage the assigned kitchen section.
Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and timely service.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Maintain inventory, proper storage, and minimize food wastage.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
Assist in menu planning and introducing regional specialties.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
Expertise in regional flavors, spices, and authentic recipes.
Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a CDP or similar role in South Indian cuisine.
Culinary diploma/certification preferred.
Experience in hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants is an advantage.

Note: Trial is compulsory in Goa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
