Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Executive (IT Sales)

Experience: 0–3 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Pay: Up to 4 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist our IT Sales team in managing customer communications, sales documentation, proposal coordination, lead tracking, and internal stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn about IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center, and Managed Services solutions.

This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a career in IT Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

Support the sales team in day-to-day sales activities.
Coordinate customer meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer communication records and meeting schedules.
Assist in lead tracking and opportunity management.

Proposal & Documentation Support

Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and customer documents.
Share company profiles, brochures, datasheets, and marketing collateral with customers.
Coordinate documentation required for customer onboarding and vendor registrations.
Maintain organized records of customer documents and proposals.

Lead Management

Track leads received through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
Update lead status and follow-up activities.
Ensure timely assignment and tracking of leads.

OEM & Partner Coordination

Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners for product information and documentation.
Arrange meetings and follow-ups between sales teams and partners.
Collect product brochures, certifications, and other supporting documents.

CRM & Database Management

Update customer and opportunity information in CRM tools and databases.
Maintain accurate customer contact information.
Ensure timely updates of sales activities and opportunity status.

Administrative Support

Assist in preparing reports and sales-related documentation.
Maintain records of proposals, contracts, NDAs, and customer correspondence.
Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Desired Skills

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Commerce, or related fields.
Fresher to 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Coordination, Inside Sales, Business Development Support, or IT Sales.
Exposure to CRM tools will be an added advantage.
