Job Title: Sales Service Manager – Infrastructure, Application & Testing Services
Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Experience: 10+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time Role Type: Individual Contributor (Enterprise IT Services Sales) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities
● Drive net-new enterprise business acquisition through strategic hunting activities.
● Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
● Build, nurture, and expand strategic customer relationships through account farming and cross-selling.
● Identify and develop opportunities across Infrastructure, Application, and Quality Engineering service offerings.
● Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create customer-focused solutions.
● Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses and manage commercial negotiations, including MSAs and SOWs.
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and CRM updates.
● Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
● Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project transitions from sales to delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
● 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services Sales.
● Proven experience as an Individual Contributor managing enterprise accounts.
● Strong track record of generating new business and closing large enterprise deals.
● Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales pipelines.
● Excellent understanding of Infrastructure, Application Development, and Testing Services.
● Strong solution selling, consultative selling, and value-based sales approach.
● Experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, Procurement Heads, and senior business stakeholders.
● Expertise in commercial negotiations, contract management, and enterprise sales.
● Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and sales forecasting.

Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience selling IT Services to clients in the following industries will be preferred:
● BFSI
● Manufacturing
● Retail
● Telecom
● Healthcare

Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
● MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage.
