Full job description

Sham Foam Limited is looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Executive to strengthen the digital presence of our mattress and comfort brands. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and coordinate effectively with multiple digital partners to drive measurable business growth.

We are looking for a confident professional with a strong personality who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, communicating with agencies and influencers, and representing the brand on camera whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Coordinate and manage external digital marketing agencies, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure agencies meet agreed KPIs.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new digital marketing agencies for existing and upcoming brands.

SEO & Website Management

Work closely with SEO agencies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze:
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Technical SEO
Core Web Vitals
Website indexing
Search Console performance
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Keyword rankings
Backlink profile
Coordinate website updates with developers.
Ensure websites follow SEO best practices, user experience standards, and conversion optimization principles.
Understand domain management, hosting, SSL certificates, redirects, sitemap generation, robots.txt, schema markup, and website performance optimization.

Brand & Content Development

Work on branding initiatives for our mattress and sleep products.
Generate innovative marketing campaigns and fresh content ideas.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Maintain consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.

Influencer Marketing

Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
Build long-term relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Coordinate product collaborations, campaign briefs, content approvals, and performance tracking.
Analyze influencer ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Paid Marketing & Digital Platforms

Coordinate campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
Performance Marketing
Remarketing Campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Analytics & Reporting

Track digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on campaign analytics and market trends.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for digital agencies, website developers, SEO partners, and creative vendors.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Source new agencies, freelancers, and creative partners whenever required.

On-Camera Brand Representation

Confidently represent the brand in product videos, social media content, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications whenever required.
Participate in product launches, behind-the-scenes content, and customer engagement videos.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals
SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)

Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads Manager
WordPress or CMS platforms
Website structure and UI/UX fundamentals
Domain & Hosting Management
Keyword Research Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or similar)
Email Marketing concepts
Content Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Influencer Marketing
Performance Marketing
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Management.
Experience working with agencies and managing multiple digital projects simultaneously.
Experience in consumer brands, D2C, retail, lifestyle, furniture, mattress, or home furnishing industries will be an advantage.
