Full job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) to manage an assigned kitchen section, prepare authentic Indian dishes, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor).
Independently manage the assigned kitchen section.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory, stock, and minimize food wastage.
Assist in menu planning and daily specials.

Skills Required:

Expertise in Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients.
Ability to handle a kitchen section independently.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good communication, teamwork, and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a CDP or similar role.
Culinary diploma/certification preferred.
Experience in hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants is an advantage.

Note: Trial is compulsory in Goa.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
