We are looking for a passionate and motivated Student Admission Counsellor to join our growing admissions team. If you enjoy interacting with people, helping students make career decisions, and achieving goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Summary

As a Student Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your primary responsibility will be to guide potential students throughout the admission process by understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable courses, and helping them make informed decisions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for counselling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective students generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other sources.
Understand each student's educational background, career goals, and interests.
Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, fee structure, class schedules, and placement support.
Conduct professional counselling sessions over phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and in person.
Address student and parent queries while building trust and confidence.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the marketing, academic, and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build long-term relationships with prospective students through consistent communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in admissions counselling, education counselling, telesales, customer relationship management, or telecalling will be given preference.
