Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Lead Assistant Manager to join our dynamic CORP_Global Technology team. In this role, you will oversee and guide a talented group of professionals, including AI developers, forward-deployed engineers, and Python experts. Your primary focus will be to drive the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions that push the boundaries of technology. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enterprise AI and Advanced Tech department, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to integrate AI solutions into real-world environments.
Oversee the development and deployment of Python-based AI applications, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and advanced technologies, and incorporate them into our strategies.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development and deployment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Proficiency in Python programming and a deep understanding of AI frameworks and libraries.
Experience with forward-deployed engineering and the ability to bridge the gap between AI and real-world applications.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-centric approach.
Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GenAI techniques is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing technologies.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
A passion for AI and a desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
