Full job description

About Pexaworks
Pexaworks builds custom software, AI platforms, mobile apps, and websites for businesses across SaaS, AI/ML, IoT, Web 3.0, logistics, and e-commerce. We turn complex engineering into products people actually enjoy using — and now we need a visual storyteller who can turn that same complexity into graphics and videos people actually stop scrolling for.
We're looking for a Graphics Designer & Video Editor who can take a product update, a case study, or a raw screen recording and turn it into a polished visual — a social post, a demo video, a pitch deck graphic — that looks as sharp as the product itself. You'll be hands-on with Canva for fast-turnaround design work and DaVinci Resolve for video editing, and comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation, asset generation, and editing without losing the human eye for quality.
What You'll Be Doing

Social Media Graphics – Design scroll-stopping visuals for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms using Canva — carousels, quote cards, product highlights, and campaign creative.
Video Editing – Edit product demos, explainer videos, testimonials, event recaps, and social video content in DaVinci Resolve, including color correction, audio cleanup, motion graphics, and captions.
Marketing & Website Visuals – Create supporting graphics for landing pages, case studies, blog headers, banners, and email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
Short-Form Content – Cut and repurpose long-form footage (webinars, interviews, demos) into short-form reels and clips optimized for engagement.
AI-Assisted Design Workflows – Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude for scripting and ideation) to accelerate concepting, asset generation, rough cuts, and repurposing — while ensuring every final output is refined, on-brand, and doesn't look AI-generated.
Brand Consistency – Maintain a consistent Pexaworks visual identity across all graphics and video content — colors, typography, tone, and pacing.
Content Planning – Contribute to visual content calendars, pitch creative concepts based on product updates and campaigns, and support the marketing team with asset planning.
Collaboration – Work closely with the content writer, engineers, and business teams to understand what's being shipped and translate it into visuals that communicate clearly and look credible.
Asset Management – Organize and maintain a library of templates, brand assets, footage, and exportable files for reuse across campaigns.
Quality Check – Review all graphics and videos for brand alignment, technical accuracy, and polish before publishing.

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves

1 year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing — a portfolio is required, showing both static design work and edited video.
Hands-on proficiency in Canva for fast, high-quality social and marketing graphics.
Hands-on proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for video editing, including cuts, color grading, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics/titles.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, ChatGPT/Claude) as part of a design and editing workflow, with the judgment to refine and elevate AI-assisted output rather than publish it as-is.
Strong understanding of what works visually on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram for a B2B tech audience.
Solid eye for typography, layout, color, and composition, with attention to detail across formats (square, vertical, horizontal).
Ability to take technical or product information and translate it into a clear, engaging visual or video without oversimplifying.
Self-starter who can manage multiple design and video projects independently and hit deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with additional design or editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience creating motion graphics or animated explainer content.
Basic understanding of the SaaS, AI/ML, IoT, or Web3 space.
Experience designing for case studies, pitch decks, or investor-facing material.
A background in Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media, or a related field.
Familiarity with brand guideline systems and maintaining design consistency at scale.
